Portable Electric Spray Foam Machine (Single Phase)
A compact electric spray foam machine that runs on 220 V single-phase power, with integrated tanks and no transfer pump — for small projects and tight spaces.
PUSMAK equipment
PUSMAK polyurethane spray foam machines are two-component proportioners: they heat both components and pump them at a 1:1 ratio to the spray gun to build a continuous thermal-insulation layer. The range starts with the single-phase electric EP 10 for small jobs, continues through the three-phase hydraulic KPX models, and tops out with the high-performance KPX 50 and the GENSET, which carries its own generator for sites without three-phase power.
A compact electric spray foam machine that runs on 220 V single-phase power, with integrated tanks and no transfer pump — for small projects and tight spaces.
A three-phase hydraulic spray foam machine from the Analog Systems range, with hoses up to 90 m and flow up to 5.8 kg/min for thermal-insulation work.
A three-phase hydraulic machine for polyurea coating and spray foam, with up to 200 bar, 11.2 kW of preheating and a simplified control panel.
A hydraulic spray foam machine from the Medium Level Systems range, with hoses up to 90 m and flow up to 5.8 kg/min for day-to-day insulation work.
A professional hydraulic machine for polyurea and spray foam, with 200 bar, error detection, touchscreen diagnostics and automatic phase-sequence adjustment.
A high-performance hydraulic machine for polyurea coating and spray foam, with up to 10.3 kg/min, 12.4 kW of preheating and hoses up to 105 m.
A high-performance hydraulic spray foam machine with up to 14.8 kg/min, 360 g per cycle and hoses up to 105 m — for the largest thermal-insulation projects.
A hydraulic spray machine built around a generator with an integrated air compressor, for sites without three-phase power — for polyurea and spray foam.
A three-phase hydraulic machine for variable-ratio materials such as PIR and CONIPUR, adjustable from 1:1 to 1:2.25, that also sprays standard polyurea and foam at 1:1.
