Polyurea Spray Coating Machines

Polyurea needs higher working pressure and heat than standard insulation foam, so every PUSMAK polyurea machine uses a hydraulic pump system rated to 200 bar, and all of them spray foam too. The range runs from the analog-controlled KPX 10+, through the KPX 20+ with error detection and the high-performance KPX 40, plus the PURMIX for variable-ratio materials and the generator-equipped GENSET for field sites.

How to choose a polyurea machine

  • Output: maximum flow is 5.6 kg/min on the KPX 10+ and KPX 20+, 10.3 kg/min on the KPX 40, and 14.8 kg/min on the GENSET.
  • Hose length: 90 m on the KPX 10+ and KPX 20+; 105 m on the KPX 40 and PURMIX.
  • Preheater power: 11.2 kW on the KPX 10+, KPX 20+ and PURMIX; 12.4 kW on the KPX 40.
  • Controls: the KPX 10+ has an analog panel with manual phase-sequence adjustment; the KPX 20+ and KPX 40 adjust phase sequence automatically and keep an error history.
  • Mixing ratio: if the material needs a ratio other than 1:1 (such as PIR or CONIPUR), choose the PURMIX, adjustable from 1:1 to 1:2.25.
