Spray Foam & Polyurea Equipment Accessories
Every spray machine is completed by three core accessories: transfer pumps that feed both components from the drums to the machine, a heated hose that keeps the materials at temperature all the way to the gun, and a spray gun that mixes the components at the moment of spraying. PUSMAK publishes specifications for each, and the manufacturer states that many of them work with other brands' machines.

A non-sparking, air-driven transfer pump that feeds both components from drums or IBC tanks to the spray machine at up to 19 L/min.
What you need with the machine
- Spray gun: the SP2 is an air-purge gun for foam and polyurea, rated to 200 bar fluid pressure.
- Heated hose: PH15 (15 m) and PH30 (30 m), 3/8 in inner diameter; sections are combined up to the maximum length the machine supports.
- Whip hose: PH3 (3 m) or PH6 (6 m), 1/4 in, connects the main line to the gun with more flexibility.
- Transfer pumps: the TP is pneumatic and non-sparking, delivers up to 19 L/min, and fits drums and IBC tanks. (The EP 10 does not need a transfer pump.)

Spray Equipment Accessories FAQ
According to the manufacturer, the SP2 gun works with machines of other brands, and the PH15, PH30, PH3 and PH6 hoses work with other brands' proportioners that use an E-type thermocouple. Send us your machine model and we will confirm compatibility and fittings.
