Hydraulic spray machines need 380 V three-phase power and an air compressor. On many sites — new builds not yet connected, farms, remote facilities — neither is available, so contractors hire a generator and compressor and haul and connect them on every job.
What is the GENSET?
The PUSMAK GENSET is a hydraulic spray proportioner built around a generator, with an integrated air compressor. According to the PUSMAK catalog:
- It works in areas without three-phase power
- Several integrated generator options are available, up to 45 kVA in total
- It is easy to install on a truck, so it suits even rural areas
- It is built for polyurea and foam, rated to 200 bar
When do you need one?
- New sites: when insulation starts before permanent power is connected.
- Remote sites: farms, desert facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Mobile crews: when your team moves between many sites and you want a fixed truck-mounted rig.
- Independence: when you don't want to rely on site power or its quality.
What to know before choosing
| Specification | GENSET |
|---|---|
| Weight | 1,425 kg |
| Dimensions (H × W × L) | 1.85 × 1.05 × 2.10 m |
| Maximum flow | 14.8 kg/min |
| Maximum hose length | 90 / 105 m |
| Preheater power | 11.2 / 12.4 kW |
The paired values reflect different integrated machines — the catalog notes the generator is not limited to one model — so we specify the right machine and generator combination for your application in the quote. Check also that your truck can carry the weight and dimensions.
What if three-phase power is available?
Then a standard KPX is enough: the KPX 40 for polyurea or the KPX 50 for foam. If you only have 220 V and the job is small, see a 220 V spray foam machine.
