Polyurea Spray Equipment for Water Tank Lining

Polyurea is sprayed as an internal tank lining to prevent leakage and protect the surface from corrosion. The material formulation is chosen for the stored liquid (especially potable water); the equipment must provide steady pressure and heat, and enough hose to reach from outside the tank to inside it.

What equipment do you need?

• A 200 bar polyurea machine: KPX 20+ or KPX 40.
• A flexible whip hose (PH3 or PH6) for working inside the tank.
• Choosing a formulation suitable for the use is the material supplier's and contractor's responsibility.
