Spray Foam Equipment for Roof Insulation

Continuous thermal insulation that cuts heat gain.

Polyurethane foam is sprayed directly onto the roof to form a continuous, seamless insulating layer that reduces heat transfer into the building and improves cooling efficiency. It can then be topped with a polyurea or reflective protective coat. On roofs, hose reach and machine output are the deciding factors when choosing equipment.

What equipment do you need?

  • Hose reach: large roofs need machines that support 90–105 m (KPX 20, KPX 50).
  • Output: for large areas the KPX 50 delivers up to 14.8 kg/min.
  • If you will top the foam with polyurea, a KPX 20+ or KPX 40 sprays both materials.
  • For small roofs on domestic power: the EP 10 on 220 V.

Trusted Line supplies spray equipment and accessories; we do not carry out insulation work. We help contractors and insulation companies choose, run and maintain the right equipment for this application.
